In the Maldives, tuna is traditionally caught in clear blue waters by pole and line, which ensures that you get the finest quality of tuna.
Tuna is cooked in steam and cooled. Skin, Blood meat and Bones are removed, and the cleaned loins are cut into transverse segments which are placed inside a can, packing medium added, and the cans are hermetically sealed. Sealed cans are commercially sterilized.
Olive Oil added and cans are hermetically sealed. No salt is added to this pack.
